Tribe Kenny is a holistic leadership consultant, transformational speaker, and private equity partner with a lifelong commitment to personal evolution and team empowerment.

Raised in a small country town where he was often bullied and ostracized, Tribe grew up with a deep sense of being different. Struggling with focus and traditional learning environments, he gravitated toward entrepreneurship as a form of expression and purpose. At just 8 years old, he launched his first business—a paper route—complete with a custom-built push bike trailer, a car battery, and speakers blasting his favourite music.

By 12, Tribe had launched a computer repair business, volunteered at the local technology centre, and secured his first equity investment of $1,000 to expand his work. After leaving home at 15, he went on to work with hundreds of businesses, gaining vast experience in building inclusive, values-driven teams and organizations that are both structured and human-centred.

Known for his high emotional and intellectual intelligence, Tribe combines deep empathy with strategic systems thinking. At 35, he was diagnosed with hyperactive ADHD and high-functioning autism—insights that have become key drivers of his mission and impact. These neurodivergent strengths fuel his capacity to innovate, connect, and lead with congruence.

Tribe’s mission is clear: to improve the lives of one million people by equipping leaders with the systems, structure, and support they need to create collaborative workplaces that people are proud to be part of.
